The Story

The Restaurant at AceBounce serves elevated, handcrafted dishes within the exciting environment of AceBounce. The globally inspired menu was designed by renowned Chef Rick Gresh. Flavors from the Mediterranean, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States find their way into the menu. Perfect for group dining for up to 20 guests.

The Food

The seasonal menu reflects Gresh’s commitment to working with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients — even taking him on a journey to personally harvest olives for olive oil. The pursuit of quality also comes across in longstanding relationships with local farms, providing hand-picked ingredients that diners can enjoy only at the Restaurant at AceBounce.  

The Drinks

Complementing Gresh’s passion for quality and craft is the beverage program for 1901 Restaurant, designed by Mixologist Peter Vestinos (Sparrow, The Betty, Sepia) and offering diners a range of cocktails with exotic flavors, locally brewed craft beers and wines that pair exceptionally well with the food on the Restaurant’s stellar menu.
